In July I’m going to place a large wholesale order for Just Tomatoes, Etc.  Just Tomatoes is the company that makes those little buckets of bright-colored dried fruit and veggies that have a bit of a crunch to them. No weird ingredients, just fruit. Or veggies.

From quickly looking at the price list, it seems that wholesale pricing is about 40% off retail at Whole Foods or Central Market, sometimes much greater when buying in bulk. Woo! Shipping to me will be free and the order should arrive quickly.

These are kind of a deluxe snack, but they’re awesome for little hands (like Cheerios. But fruit. And yummier.) and last-minute backpacking trips a la Jack Kerouac and Gary Snyder climbing Mt. Whitney. They are possibly also good for those E.T.s allergic to nuts, chocolate and dairy.
