Sure! I’d be very pleased! I can send you a higher-res copy, if you’d like. Glad you like the pic as it; I was a bit sad that I couldn’t capture the way I wanted to. To the left of the field of view the clouds flattened out at bottom and for a minute (the sun was in and out behind the clouds) the color felt even more intense. I didn’t shoot it because there were several large families there and I wanted to get my tired eyes out of the half-sun rather than maneuver around them.

I love the photos! Have you made more than one trip to the beach lately?

This was the second trip to Quintana. We went in the evening, and the drive from Quintana was much easier than the drive from Galveston. And you’re right, evenings at the beach can’t be beat. If we keep passing food back, C&D seem to stay awake well enough so we don’t worry about disturbing their ability to fall asleep at home (about an hour after their usual bedtime). Almost a week later, though, I’m still tired!
